How It Works
Please be aware that it can take up to three weeks for your order to ship so delivery time for all items varies, contact me for the most up-to-date information. You will receive notification via email when your item has been shipped.
M. Robinson ships all online orders using USPS ground shipping .
Online orders will be processed for shipment on within 5 business days, regardless of when order was placed.

Currently, we only ship within the 48 contiguous states of the United States.

Currently we do NOT ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Returns
The Small Print
I am proud to provide my customers with high quality products and exceptional client service. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact and I will do my best to resolve the situation. M. Robinson encourages clients to provide measurements, if needed, as accurately as possible and I will provide guidance where applicable. Certain circumstances may require alterations to be made to your custom garment, however, these alterations may not always be provided free of charge.
Custom orders placed in-person or online are considered final sales and MAY NOT be returned; HOWEVER, we want to please our clients and will work with them to ensure that they are happy with their custom garments.

Alterations
The Information You Need to Know
Alterations to your custom clothing will be provided as part of the purchase price for initial delivery only. We are happy to provide alterations for a reasonable fee as your body and measurements change over time. Any custom items that are not fitted within 90 days of contact by a M. Robinson (unless otherwise arranged) will be altered at the customer’s cost. This is due to size changes that may take place and require extreme alterations or worse.

Our privacy policy is very simple. We do not share, sell, trade, or give any third parties your information.
We use our client’s contact information exclusively for order related purposes and/or special discounts or sales. There is an easy opt-out link at the bottom of any marketing emails that we send which will remove your email address from our marketing database.
